The Forever Jewellery mobile application ("Application") is intended only to be used by authorized Forever Jewellery dealers ("Dealer", "you" or "your"). It is not available to the general public.
Dealers must enter into a written agreement with Corona Jewellery Company Ltd. ("Corona", "us" or "we") before using the Application. In addition, you agree to be bound by these Legal Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy (collectively the “Terms”).
By accessing or using the Application, you are agreeing to the Terms. If at any time during your use of this Application you disagree with the Terms, kindly cease using the Application. Corona suggests that you save or print a copy of the Terms for your records before using the Application. The Terms may be changed at any time without notice. The most recent version is available online.
Products, images and descriptions shown on this website are subject to change at any time. Corona endeavours to ensure accuracy with regards to all product information shown in the Application but offers no guarantee regarding the accuracy of the information provided. In order to give you the opportunity to view our products in greater detail, some product photography may appear larger or smaller than their actual size. Colour and size may vary depending on the computer device you use. Photographs are provided to help visualize style designs and therefore may differ from the actual item. These variations could be, but are not limited to, different colour stones, different metal colour, and different total weights.
Corona will issue to the Dealer one or more user credentials for accessing the Application. It is your sole responsibility to safeguard these credentials and ensure they are provided only to authorized users.
Each device on which the Application is used maintains its own shopping cart. If the Dealer uses the Application on more than one device, it is your responsibility to coordinate submitted orders between the devices.
Any order submitted through the Application will be processed in a manner similar to any other order submitted to us, and you agree to receive and pay for any such order. Corona will send an order confirmation to the store email address we have on file for you. It is your responsibility to immediately advise Corona of any errors or omissions in an order.
The entire contents of the Application ("Content") is copyright © Corona Jewellery Company Ltd. Except where indicated, Corona exclusively owns all worldwide intellectual property rights in the trademarks (TMs), trade dress, designs, styles, rings, jewellery, photographs, images, and descriptions in the Application. Some of the content on the Application may be the copyrighted work of third parties. All rights reserved. Use of the Application is subject to the Terms.
You do not acquire ownership rights to any Content, document or other materials viewed through the Application.
The trademarks, service marks, logos and other marks used in the Application are either owned by Corona or used with permission. The trademarks may not be used without the prior written permission of Corona and may not be used in connection with any product or service in any manner that is likely to cause confusion or in any manner that disparages or discredits Corona. All other trademarks, service marks, logos and other marks which appear in the Application are the property of their respective owners. You agree to comply with any requisite additional copyright notices, or restrictions contained in any of the Content.
You may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, transfer, sell, reproduce, upload, post, distribute, perform, display, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any of the Application or Content, in whole or in part, except as Corona expressly permits in these Terms. Your use of the Application or Content for any purpose other than that expressly permitted in these Terms (including your use of any of the Content on any website, application or networked computer environment) is a violation of the intellectual property rights and other proprietary rights of Corona and may subject you to civil liability or criminal prosecution under applicable laws.

Corona does not represent or warrant that the information in the Application is accurate, complete or current. All of the risk associated with your use of the Application, including but not limited to, the risks associated with the quality and performance of the Application and with the accuracy, comprehensiveness and timeliness of the Content is assumed solely by you.
No Warranties - The Application and the Content are provided on an "as is, as available" basis and without representations, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied by Corona. Corona does not warrant that the functionality in the Application will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects in the Application will be corrected, or that the Application or the computer and networking technology that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
Security - The Application uses secure sockets layer (SSL) software encryption technology to ensure all information transmitted through the website is secure. Corona does not make any representations, warranties or conditions of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the security of any information you may provide to Corona in the course of using the Application.
