1. Scanning the barcode

You can easily scan the barcode and add the scanned item into the cart.

  1. To scan either use the side menu > scan barcode or directly click on the bar code icon on the right-hand side on the top.
  2. The version of the mobile app can be found at the bottom of the screen.

  1. Now position the camera area directly at the barcode and the application will pick up the item details immediately.
  2. Android users should position the line in the camera view on the barcode.

  1. You can adjust the quantity to be ordered, then add the item into the cart.

  1. Items added to the cart. Select OK to dismiss the prompt.
  2. You may review the items in the cart before placing the order.

  1. If there is an existing order for the item selected, you would receive this prompt about the existing order.
  2. This is only for your information. You can still go ahead and place the order for the same item after clicking on OK and dismissing the prompt.

  1. This notification appears if the selected item is already in the cart.
  2. You can choose to “use this quantity”, in this case the quantity in the cart is over written with the selected quantity.
  3. You can add this quantity to the existing order by tapping on “order more” or dismiss the prompt by selecting Cancel.
  4. Choosing cancel does not affect the items/quantity in the cart.

2. Selecting the Tower

If you have more than one Forever Jewellery tower, select one of the towers by tapping the name.

  1. To choose a tower simply click on the option on the Select Tower screen.

  1. The “A” side of the tower is displayed once the tower is chosen. Simply swipe left or right or tap the left and right arrows at the bottom, to see the different sides of the tower. This view shows you the position of the items on each side of the tower.

  1. Tap on an item to see its details. Swipe up, down, left or right to view other items on the tower.
  2. The position displays the position of the item in the tower. For example, CA2: Canadian Tower Side A and item 2.

  1. Tap Select in top right corner to add multiple items to the cart.
  2. After choosing select button, the App goes into the selection mode. The select button is replaced with Cancel button, which is used to come out of the select mode.

  1. This notification appears when no item is selected while adding to the cart. Please select one or more items and select add to cart button.

  1. If one or more of the items selected is already on an open order, you would be notified with this prompt.
  2. Click OK to add the items to the cart and dismiss the prompt.
  3. Click CANCEL to dismiss the prompt without adding the items to the cart.

  1. You would receive this prompt when the selected items are not on the open order, but one or more of the selected items are in the cart.
  2. Select Add to add one quantity of selected items to the existing items in the cart.
  3. Select Cancel to dismiss the prompt. The items in the cart remains unchanged if you choose this option.

3. Accessing the Cart / Reviewing the Order

How to access the Cart / Order.

  1. Cart / order can be accessed by the side menu options.

  1. Cart / order can also be accessed by using the cart icon on the top of the screen.

  1. The items in the cart can be reviewed before placing the final order. Simply tap the plus or minus icons to change the quantity or tap the trash icon to remove an item from the cart. You can tap the arrow to expand or collapse the list of items on each side of the tower.
  2. Please use right and left arrow to access the different towers.
  3. When you are ready to place the order, enter a PO number if you wish. Tap “Place order” to submit the order.
  4. If you are placing a test order type in “Test order” in the PO# field, so the order desk can ignore the order.
  5. The items in the cart can all be cancelled using the “Cancel” button on top.

  1. You can confirm the order by tapping “yes”

  1. You would receive a notification with order reference number. Also, an email confirmation is sent to the store. Tap “Ok” and continue using the application.

4. Popup messages / Notifications

Sales persons and dealers would see a number of pop up messages while working with the application. Some of them and their meaning is given in this section.

  1. This message appears if the internet connection is unavailable. Please check the internet connection and relaunch the app again.

  1. This message appears when the sessions is expired due to inactivity. Please close the application and relaunch again.
